Data Processing Agreement

This is a placeholder Data Processing Agreement. The full DPA will cover: the subject matter and duration of data processing, the nature and purpose of processing, the types of personal data processed, categories of data subjects, obligations of the data controller and data processor, subprocessor listings, data subject request procedures, and security measures.

OpenGuardian processes email addresses solely for the purpose of verification. We do not store email content, share data with third parties for marketing, or use customer data to train models. For a signed copy of the DPA, contact dpa@openguardian.io.
